Its great Idea ...
Loved your app, its simplifying the great insights from many books which I would have taken life time read and implement. Now one book every day and its done in a way that its sticking to my mind.

I made a mistake purchasing this app. I know myself better than that. I shouldn't have downloaded it because I won't use this app. When I brought this to the attention of customer service, I was astounded at how personal and personable our interaction was. This is a real company like we haven't seen since the early 80s. I highly, highly recommend this company for their integrity and sincere desire to serve their customers! Kinda wish I wasn't leaving.

The app is great and adaptable to you own style of learning and i like it very much

For someone with severe ADHD and also highly intelligent, this app has been perfect for me to quickly learn

I love the animation and practice sessions. It makes it very relatable to me

I downloaded the app not using Apple and so the customer service is shady . I was charged 69.99 for a service I didn’t use for 3 days .I deleted the app the same day and it said deleting it also delete all your data associated with it . So I’m in the process of filing a complaint and claim against the company to get my money back. I emailed them to cancel my subscription that I didn’t think I subscribed to since I deleted the app within a hr of seeing it didn’t serve me well. Now I’m being told they can’t find a user name associated with them although I sent them a copy of the bank charge. Never again will i download a free trial if it’s not available thru google or apple.

I understand the app is limited in terms of what it could have been, but overall for me it does what it said, and even has practice, so it's pretty complete and the trade off of not being super in depth is that it's perfectly organized and has no bugs given the scope, my only fear is if any book ideas are misinterpreted but so far I'm learning and it hits the dopamine of short content low effort consumable content while having less guilt, it is a great compliment for relaxing the mind

Can you answer a question for me? How come I couldn’t find a way to unsubscribe. It didn’t show up on my Apple Account, not when I logged into deepstatch on my laptop, not my iPhone,

WHY isn’t there a plain old subscribe unsubscribe button?

I apologize for my quick response. I just went through this with another app who the first message was I can’t find your account from them and kept pushing back with not finding it so I’m a little gun shy with apps who do not have a regular way to unsubscribe.

You can find my credit card to charge bank 1.00 but you can’t find out where that information came from?

Also don’t try to gaslight me about somebody answering l question on a Sunday.

I can't believe they have a 4.4 rating. Must be bots commenting. I don't agree, It's not what you think it is or as advertised. It's book review and I can go do my own research for that. I thought there would be articles or something more to read.

The ugly thing about this app it is a scam to a lesser degree that you do get a book review. You cannot cancel your subscription because they have that down to an art. I highly recommend that people be very very careful because you'll end up having to get a new debit or credit card because it is close to impossib le to cancel them from taking your money. Don't think that removing the app or cancelling your account can stop them from taking your money monthly. Even if the logo to charge you says Apple Pay it will go until hiding and have you searching the whole web to try to get it to stop.

If they are so good why do they have to get your money this way? It's a basic human right to expect a direct link to cancel at any time and not hold you or your money hostage.

The app really helps give a sense of famous popular books by giving you tid bits of their main ideas.That makes it easier to decide to buy the full versions later. Really enjoyed the main ideas of Naked Economics . It helped me understand how free markets help everyone and isolationism hinders long term growth. Good app.

It offers a perfect bite sized learning sessions to fit into a bust day. Catered directly toward your own style and area of choice.

I made the subscription by error. The customer service was extremely kind and proactive. Refund done in a few days. Highly appreciated!

Cool app full of creative fun features. Just started using it and am liking it so far.

It’s straight to the point. I love reading books but it just takes too much time. This is great for my attention span and busy work hours. And it’s cheap for the whole yr, hope there’s a podcast feature so I can tune in while driving or doing stuff.
