I downloaded the app not using Apple and so the customer service is shady . I was charged 69.99 for a service I didn’t use for 3 days .I deleted the app the same day and it said deleting it also delete all your data associated with it . So I’m in the process of filing a complaint and claim against the company to get my money back. I emailed them to cancel my subscription that I didn’t think I subscribed to since I deleted the app within a hr of seeing it didn’t serve me well. Now I’m being told they can’t find a user name associated with them although I sent them a copy of the bank charge. Never again will i download a free trial if it’s not available thru google or apple.

I have ordered from Sam’s Beauty for at least 6 years. My orders always arrived fairly quickly. The prices are reasonable and lots of sales . The return policy is fair . But if you live near the store it’s best to pick up your order incase you do want to return. If you place order online you have to return it using the post office or another place that ships . However if you pick up the order you can return it to the store. I have not had to return anything but currently I’m considering returning two short lace front wigs i ordered that I have not opened yet and i was given the opportunity to pick up in store but choose to be shipped instead . I do believe they should let you return to the store since I had the option to pick up my order in store at a near by location instead of the hassle of shipping them to the warehouse location. I don’t like the return policy that but at least they take returns . It’s overall a good place to shop for beauty products . I would recommend them and buy again .

It’s been a good experience for me for years now . I have shopped online at other beauty stores but this is my preference.
Once I shopped with Sam’s beauty I didn’t shop anywhere else. Quick shipping . Friendly customer service.
