My husband and I just switched our mortgage with the help of doodl. Would definitely recommend- the portal is so handy for uploading documents and also found the chat feature handy to use if we had any questions. While there were different team members handling the application we found this seamless as everyone was clear on our application, what needed to be done etc would recommend

Had to deal with them twice and both times were highly frustrating. Biggest issues with doddl is you get passed from one person to another. In the two dealings with them I probably had contact with at least 15 different staff members. We ended up wasting time chasing people and having to explain our situation repeatedly as staff kept changing. The whole process was protracted and slow and we felt we did a lot more leg work than we should have for a company that was being paid over 3 grand in commission. Some staff are good at their job but it's hard to get anyone to see it through to the end. I'm sure there are much better brokers out there in a smaller company that might offer a more personalised approach. I don't think we ended up getting a good service or good financial advice. In fact when we ended up following their advice and taking out a 2 year fixed term and then renegotiating for a new deal with an alternative provider they completely backtracked on what was initially said and advised we would have to wait a bit longer before we would be able to negotiate a new mortgage contract. I would not recommend this company.

Doddl were incredible in helping us every step of the way in getting our mortgage, from help in getting mortgage approval ready, all the way to mortgage drawdown, we felt supported and empowered in the decisions we made regarding our mortgage choice.

Maureen demonstrated excellent knowledge on all the mortgage options available to us and was incredibly patient in explaining the process to us and answering any questions or concerns we had.

I would recommend Doddl and Maureen to anyone looking into applying for a mortgage.

So professional and dedicated they went above and beyond to get us the best deal on our mortgage. They always dealt with our queries immediately and were quickly on hand to sort out any issues, which made the whole process a dream to complete. I contacted many brokers while searching for a mortgage but the ladies at Doddle had the best customer service. They help me from the start and were able to find me a mortgage that suits my needs. Celly, Caoimhe and Caitriona are not only fantastic in their job but a pleasure to deal with over the phone or email. Always very quick at responding and keeping updated over all the stages of the process. I high recommend Doddle!
