The two people I spoke to in the process of booking my holiday in April 27 were very helpful, polite , informative & efficient.

Polite, clear and helpful answers to our questions. Your colleague Paul explained the booking process cogently and at a pace we two elderly persons could understand. It made us confident that your company would provide a memorable enjoyable holiday.

The itinerary was well explained and seemed good for the price. There were a few minor details missing eg flight baggage allowance and what is the dinner drinks package that is offered.

We had never traveled by train and couldn’t wait for the experience. It was a very expensive 17 day trip, of which three long days across the whole of Canada from Toronto to Jasper cramped in a tiny room in which we could hardly turn around. If the Canadian is typical of all trains, it would be our last train trip. Other than the sleeping quarters, the employees and the food were both fine. The hotels were fine but no time to see Quebec as we left the next day after one of their excursions. The itinerary was lovely but as I said earlier, one of our main objectives was the train. We bought Premium level, which I thought was the highest level. It wasn’t, yet very expensive. I must say, in spite of the miserable three days on the train, our tour manager was phenomenal and helped make it bearable for us. Never again for us on a train!

The process was simple and the travel advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Easy to book, the welcome pack was underwhelming
Showed some, not all, of highlights of the cruise, but no individual timings.
Then there was an “everyday” of the cruise: I’m on the same river boat every day…
Yes, I know
And, apparently, I can’t choose between Austria and Czechia on day six, because I didn’t choose by some date in September
I booked in October
Will ring tomorrow to sort it out
But still looking forward to our first river cruise!
