I found it really easy to pay my holiday deposit. I immediately received an email confirmation and a follow-up phone call. Very efficient and reassuring.

Consultant Alex was fab. Listened to what we wanted and came up with some great suggestions and options that we hadn't thought about. Alex has the patience of a saint dealing all the questions we had as all the chopping and changing that we did. Nothing was a bother to her at all.

Martin has always gone the extra mile for us and by shopping round found us a deal which saved us £4600 for a holiday in June 2027

I found Richard so helpful and he answered all my questions (there was a lot) with knowledge and kindness. He made very good suggestions regarding flight timing and the layover times. He did not pressure me in any way to complete the booking straight away but allowed me time to consider everything he has told me and I then went back and completed booking. The day before I dealt with another company offering a similar service (also well known for long haul trips) to try and get price details and dealing with Richard was like night and day compared to them. Just returned from a fabulous trip to Canada and Alaska. We booked this through Trailfinders, with Sam Henderson. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as he has experience in this area. The holiday ran very smoothly, we thought the Trailfinders App was very useful. The holiday had lots of 'pinch me' moments in it fulfilling all our expectations. We found the baggage transfers ran seamlessly between hotels, trains and coaches. We would definitely recommend Trailfinders and would use them in the future.

Easy communication with Earl who went the journey to provide us with what should be a great trip to Japan. We are a group of 5 friends with different requirements and Earl was very helpful

We wanted to go to the Gran Canyon, with time there and travel including various rail routes.
Darren responded fully to our slightly unusual requirements. He was well informed and able to guide us through what is possible, and not. As we developed the holiday he kept us informed of costs of each stage or options. We ended up with a holiday exactly meeting our requirements, at about the price we expected, so we booked immediately. One query re transfers to/from the Canyon Spirit was resolved and confirmed in a telephone message by the time we got home.
We have used Trailfinders before for bespoke holidays, will continue to do so, and will recommend them to friends.
