I was interested in buying a car from you. I made a lot of efforts to find out as much as possible about the car, being in a different country than Italy. (Kilometer certification, maintenance...Any problems or incidents and how serious they were. A relatively new car. €14,000When they heard that I was from Romania, they answered me with contempt, dryly, without even offering me a series of chassis. Let them understand each other, as if I was the one who owed them. It solved nothing, they didn't want to give me any information about the car, nothing. Their repeated answer was: if you want to see the car, come to the headquarters.... I in Romania, to go to Italy to find out that it is damaged or has defects, so that I don't buy it later and waste time and money A total lack of transparency and racism out of the ordinary. This behavior is evident from the responses received by email. I do not recommend this collection of so-called dealers even to my worst enemy.

If you want to lose time, money and patience, this is the place for you!I paid deposit for a new car,on stock, that they have damaged a day before delivery and tried to hide it all lying that the manufacturer made a recall for airbag problems. They have called last minute to let us know we cannot pick up the car, without offering a courtesy car or at least letting us know in time to cancel the insurance. They continued to lie throughout the days, even when we had to go there in person(1h drive and unpaid day off),as they vanished..when we insisted to see the car they admitted they were trying to fix it!! I have never seen anything like this in my life..we we're humiliated, lied to,they made us wait for hours for someone to talk to and wasted so much money..we are now cancelling everything as we do not trust them!hopefully at least now they will do the right thing!
