Getting set up with Hearth was such an easy process. Scott was great during the initial consultation helping us pick the best package and making sure we understood how our business could benefit from the service. Karla and Fernanda with onboarding and AI set up made it so easy. We are looking forward to growing our business with hearth as a partner.
Vee was awesome to work with and was very helpful.
Dylan took the time to walk us through the process and answered all of our questions to make us feel more comfortable in utlizing this platform and help us to increase our closing rate.
I had a great experience with Kevin. He was very helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciate his excellent customer service. Thank you, Kevin!
Vee is great! Very informative and helpful. Showed me exactly how to use the system to boost business!
Kevin is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond what was required of him to help me resolve my issue. I’m so happy that Kevin was the person I spoke with. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of—even beyond what I expected. Thank you so much, Kevin, for the outstanding service!
Vee was very helpful and understanding of my business's startup position and is working with me at my pace.
I used this company for a couple years to handle my bids and invoices. The interface is slightly buggy, but it works. I ended up using something different and for 6 months I didn't even touch it. I was aware that my yearly renewal was coming up, when I planned to cancel. Somehow it didn't occur to me to cancel before that. I even wrote myself a reminder, but somehow I missed it. This morning I get an email that my one-year contract was renewed! Crap. $2000.00 gone form my account two days before payroll. I called to see if I could get the money back, as I was paying for a future service, and I had literally called right after the transaction happened. It became clear to me that not refunding in situations like this their business model. I'm sure it happens all the time, given the YEARLY renewal. After arguing with the retention specialist for over an hour, he offered to ask "admin" if they could make an exception. I told them my business was not going well, and that I was barely going to make payroll before they took the funds. He said he would explain that this was a hardship. I kind of figured this was all theater and the weren't going to to anything. Because once they have your money, you have no control and they have no motivation. I researched their terms of service and it is all watertight off course. Classic situation where they take advantage of a common problem (forgetting your renewal is coming up). So nothing illegal, but IMHO unethical or put it this way: these people are not on your side. They are not good business partners, who will recognize a mistake and keep their customer's happy. Can you imagine operating like that with people that you see and are around every day? "Admin" (probably the same retention specialist I spoke to) sent an email offering to refund $800 of the $2000. I'm sorry, why are you keeping my money again? I literally gave you money for NOTHING and you are keeping it. The payment is for future services. Optionally, they said I could take advantage of their refund policy: if I get 10 people to apply for construction loans through their service, and none of them act on it, in 60 days, I get my money back. LOL. I can only get my money back if I'm hugely successful on the platform. In which case I wouldn't want to. But after this, I have no interest in continuing with them. IMHO stay away from these big internet-based corporations. They are fine-tuned to take everything they can get. it's unfriendly. I Don't want work with people like that. So I guess I'll take the $800 and try to figure out how to make payroll.
My experience with Vee was outstanding very professional and presentation and very professional with the instructions of the presentation looking forward to continue working with Vee

Betty was great, she helped my customer and got all the info they needed to move forward. Thank you!
Earlier today, I called & spoke with Betty regarding a very difficult & unsatisfactory situation I am having with a contractor who has relationship with Hearth & who referred & directed me to Hearth for offers for (0%) financing
As my call & discussion & request for help was only a few hours ago, I do not yet have any information or indication of any resolution
However, I spent considerable time with a concierge representative in their financing area, named Betty
And Betty was very friendly, patient, & helpful, to the extent to which she created a case #, escalated the case to a colleague of her ( Kayla, who she mentioned would call me before end of business day, today), & further indicated she would make contact with her manager, Amanda, who would also look in to the complaint & would call me Monday ( since she is traveling & out of the office today)
In addition, Betty also offered & said she would attempt to make contact by phone with the contractor in the hope of getting resolution
Her time & efforts to assist me are great (& rare) examples of outstanding customer service which I greatly appreciate

Lauren was very helpful in educating me about unfreezing my credit bureau accounts that helped facilitate additional, more favorable loan offers.

⭐ 1 OUT OF 5 — NO TRANSPARENCY AND NO SUPPORT
My experience with Hearth was an absolute nightmare and caused severe financial hardship.
Before the installation even started, I contacted our assigned Hearth account manager and specifically asked whether everything looked correct and whether anything was missing. I made it clear that I needed to know before we started the job. I received no response.
During orientation, he told us we could call or text him anytime with questions or concerns. However, I contacted him several times and even called, both before and after the installation, with no response. He finally responded eight days after the installation was completed.
By then, the equipment had been purchased and installed, the labor and expenses had been paid, and the entire job was finished. We then discovered that the financing was not completed or funded, leaving us trying to recover $9,500.
Contractors and business owners have no meaningful way to track where a customer is in the loan process. We could not clearly see what was pending, whether documents were missing, what had actually been approved, or whether the loan was fully cleared for installation and funding.
That lack of visibility is dangerous. I tried to protect myself by contacting our account manager before beginning the work and asking him to alert me if anything was wrong. He ignored the messages and calls when his guidance mattered most.
We had to arrange payments directly with the customer just to have a chance of recovering the money. This drained our available funds, disrupted operations, and caused tremendous stress.
My warning to every contractor: do not rely on what appears to be an approval, and do not depend on Hearth’s promised support. Do not purchase equipment or begin work without written confirmation that the loan is fully approved and cleared for funding.
This was a $9,500 financial disaster made worse by a system with no useful loan tracking and an account manager who remained silent for eight days. I would never trust Hearth’s process again.
Vee was very articulate and clear. All my questions were answered
Great communication. Good flow and easy to follow.
