Terrible experience – order never received
Avoid this company. I ordered a gift card for 300kr (Order #32181769), but it has never arrived.
Customer support was completely unhelpful. Their only response was to tell me to wait longer, without offering any investigation, replacement, or refund.
After reading the many similar reviews from other customers, I have very little confidence that my order will ever arrive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from gavekort.com. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.
Update: Giftcard has arrived after a delay. Therefore 3 stars

Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur with the postal service. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are partly dependent on their delivery process. We completely understand that this can be frustrating when you're waiting for a gift card.
We can see in our system that your gift card was successfully delivered three days after our last response. We also see that it was redeemed without any issues, which confirms that everything ultimately arrived correctly.
