Do watch out for some of the premiums on some of the products (buyer beware). That being said, these are inline with the market and not a jab at Goldavenue. Looking forward for them to offer at some point the option of trading between metals: e.g. exchaging Oz of silver or platinium into gold

Very very Bad !! Please read it before u are thinking to buy something here!!!
Package stolen in transit — refunded less than I paid, no replacement offered
I bought gold bars from GOLD AVENUE as a private customer and paid €3ooo in total by bank transfer between April and July 2026. A significant sum for me.
On 30 July I requested delivery from their vault. The shipment was handled by UPS — chosen by GOLD AVENUE, not by me — and was reported stolen within the UPS network. I never received the bars.
They refused to send replacement bars. I asked in writing, with a deadline, for the same bars to be shipped again. Refused. Repeatedly, across several emails. There was no willingness to find any solution — the answer was always that the case was closed on their side.
They refunded only the spot metal value on the day of the shipping request, €2ooo, instead of what I actually paid. The premium paid at purchase is never returned, whichever way the price moves.
Shortfall: €559.41.
Every point above is documented in writing. Before ordering delivery from storage, understand exactly how your metal will be valued if something goes wrong.

I made a wire transfer payment, and used exactly the payment they were asking about.
“ UBSWCHZH12A “, which refferes to another bank than the one thats written in their page.
This SWIFT number refferes to the bank adress RUE DU RHONE 8.
And then I contacted the support team, and They Said they never got the money, because the “right” bank adress was Rue Des noirettes 35.
So definetly not a great experience. I lost 2200$ on this purchase! And they don’t want give me the money back. Even tho I followed the instructions!!!
