I’ve been purchasing and storing with GA for quite a while now. This latest purchase was with the intention of gifting the coin via the gifting option. The whole process of gifting was no problem and the recipient accepted the gift and the free storage.

I recently had cause to contact Gold Avenue customer support. I have to say, they were on the ball. My query was checked out and dealt with very very quickly with several updates, from a human too, which gave me confidence that any problem I may have in the future, will be dealt with promptly. I was very satisfied. I also, very recently, sold to them, from my storage, a silver coin. I did this as I have been dealing with GA for around a year now and have never had cause to sell them any of my metals in order to see if it worked as they say it will (the selling process) and also to ensure that the withdrawal system for cash transfer into my bank worked too. I have to say, it was faultless, easy and seamless, so 10/10 for that process further giving me confidence that I am dealing with a reputable company.

Another seamless purchase with Gold Avenue. I did have a problem attempting to pay with my usual debit card but managed to pay with a different card. I think this may have been the bank at fault. I like the ownership certificate you are emailed and the free storage up to 10000 Swiss Francs. All good.

Another seamless purchase. I like the wallet report showing what you own along with a description of it. I’m now more convinced that using Gold Avenue to diversify out of my home country by using their storage option is a no brainer in order keep my governments sticky fingers away from my property.

I did lots of research into Gold Avenue and the parent company MKS Pamp. Also trawled the reviews on the internet. All seems good and kosher. Easy app to navigate. Easy purchase procedure, except, I wanted to pay with a Mastercard debit card and the option wasn’t clear as to how to do it. I discovered that selecting credit card payment also covered debit card. Happy with the first purchase and the free storage, in Switzerland, is a bonus. Only made one purchase up to date, more to come, but I think it’s a sound company with good backing.
