A no response to calls company beware!

Ordered 1 item, faulty, tried to contact 4 times o response at all. They go under several similar names.

Very slow delivery and wrong item delivered

Very slow delivery and yes I know it has to come from China but other Asian online sellers can get orders to me within 2 weeks!
And I ordered the item in blue but received pink!!
It's definitely not going to be worth the hassle to try to get the item exchanged and a lesson has been learnt. I'll pay more and use bol.com or amazon.nl in future!

Totally wrong item received

Totally wrong item received, ordered a Muzen OTR Black metal speaker (paid £89) and received a cheap plastic one, BT-Speaker Multimedia radio (which retails at £21) Now I find I have to return to China for a refund. No help at all from the store, just online questions. Don't order anything from this store.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN 1) Sent a totally different product to that advertised and ordered 2) no return instructions were included in the package 3) Black Friday Megastore do not accept returns 4) the cost of returning would almost cost more than the product.

Absolutely Disgraceful

Absolutely Disgracefuldon’t order from here tells you one thing then once paid for the email tells you different. Items don’t even arrive and no way off tracking just keeps telling you it’s still in time frame when weeks past the date! Can’t even email or call for refund!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

A fraudulent website- AVOID at all costs!!

I placed an order on 1 December, a Christmas present for my son. When I was placing the order, the website said that my order will be shipped from Germany. When I received an email from Black Friday Megastore notifying me that my order had been shipped, the email stated that my order was being shipped from Germany.
But when I went to track my order, the tracking link brought me to a Chinese track and trace website. Had I known my order was being sent from China, I would NEVER have placed the order.

It is now 27 December and I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer service numerous times, asking for a refund and each time the answer was, "your order is on the way, please be patient". Absolutely infuriating.

Black Friday Megastore, operated by Fruugo, intentionally deceives customers claiming their items are shipped from an EU country.

It looks like I will have to go through PayPal to receive my refund.
