I received a call from the driver in advance of the delivery, giving me the time to return home. Very helpful and pleasant driver.

Arrived within the time allocated. We received a call when drivers were 30-45 minutes out. Delivered to room of choice which was attic room, not easy, but grateful. Delivery guys were pleasant and delivery was quick.

The reason for 4 stars again is that the plastic that the mattress was covered in was filthy dirty again, there’s no way Harry Benmore that your mattress was made especially for us as this mattress has been stored in a warehouse!!!!!

Really helpful guys. Definitely recommend them.

On time and good delivery notifications

On delivery of mattress rip in plastic covering was noted with black stain on mattress. I told the delivery men I was not happy with this. They informed me that they will let the office know and someone would contact me very shortly to advise what to do. Well two months later I am still waiting. I have sent emails to the supposing address on receipt and to date no one has acknowledged this. This must be the norm to lie lie lie.

Really great service, a lot more personal than your regular courier - they send you a WhatsApp message when it’s dispatched and give you a ring before they arrive. The lads who delivered were really friendly and helpful too. Overall fab service thank you.

The two men who delivered the Bed were wonderful. Very friendly, informative and hard working.

Feel a bit conflicted.
The BJS website clearly indicates that all items must be checked before signature required due to liability being waved after this time.
The deliver driver kept saying to my husband "if you want to unpack, you must pay me" and "I can take away rubbish too, but you must pay me".
Thankfully, all units were accounted for and even items within damaged boxes are undamaged but we felt really bullied into signing the forms before we even got the last boxes through the front door.
Looking back at the T&Cs website for BJS, it's clear we should have been firmer with the delivery team however, they also should be doing the job correctly. The moment I interrupted him to say the items need to be checked and we won't be paying him any further as it's part of the deliver instructions the deliver guy clearly wanted to go, he was putting the form in my husbands hands and saying "sign it please" and kept talking over me saying "no if delivery is wrong we will come back with right stuff another day" conflicting when the deliver package you receive by email days before says the complete opposite.

Phonecall approx 2 hours before delivery stating roughly what time delivery expected. Goods handled with care & the 2 gentleman were very efficient & gracious (offering to remove shoes when stepping inside), all expectations met. Good team effort by the delivery gentlemen.
