Ordered a corner sofa from Laura James. Although delayed, was given updates on the delivery time and a call prior to arrival. Two very friendly delivery guys, brought the sofa to the room of my choice, very pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t fault their service. 5 stars to Brian and Bartlomiej! Definitely the A team!

Delivered within the time frame given , however said the chairs were too big to fit in the house and left them on the street. Refused to carry them around the back of the house, leaving a neigbour to offer to assist in helping my 76 year old father to do so. My partner brought both chairs into the property via the door, when he returned from work, luckily it didn't rain that day! My partner also removed a 3 seater, another chair and a corner sofa from the property that weekend, no issues! Just seemed to want to drop and go, not deliver to the chosen room. Have subsequently had a delivery from the same company who delivered a corner sofa, and have to say couldn't fault and have given a 5 star review. Brought a corner sofa in and were very friendly. Same the first two couldn't match the same experience

Ordered a traditional Reina towel rail and another Column style radiator. Absolutely love them! Received a phone call to let me know they were ready to collect. Faultless service, nothing too much trouble and bought for a really competitive price. Will definitely be returning to Bella when I get round to renovating the bathroom.
