Saad var super flink at levere mine varer og da der pga noget logistik manglede en vare, var han god til at kommunikere, at han følger op på det. Jeg har 2 dage efter fået resten af mine varer leveret af en lige så flink kollega👍

The worst experience ever !
The driver notified me to get down to pick up my products, which I did.
He called me back when he couldn't see me, I explained that I was at the door and couldn't see him either. I asked him to describe his surroundings so that I could find him, which he didn't and hung up on me while I was talking !
Getting around the building, I found him and he started at yelling at me telling me that I was late !!! He was waiting in the wrong adresse all this time.
When I explained him that, he kept yelling and threaten me to fight me !!! WTFFFFF ????
He refused to load the packages in his car again to deliver them at the right spot. I decided to pick them up myself (30 kilos packages) and go back home with them, even though I payed for home delivery.
The worst experience I can possibly imagine ! Will NEVER EVER think about using this company if suggested again!

Parcels arrive in terrible condition. All torn up and damaged. Driver did not want to take parcels with him until I read the rights sent to me before delivery to refuse acceptance and have the driver take the parcels. He then throws them in the truck. I request new delivery of new products only to receive the exact same torn up and damaged parcels again. Second time the driver was friendly and took the parcels with him again. Now the order is cancelled and no trust in trying to get the products delivered again since there obviously is no quality assurance from warehouse or during delivery or any customer service to help get the products delivered in good condition.

Unsatisfactory delivery experience.
I was supposed to receive a message on the day of the parcel delivery, which did not happen. When I contacted this company’s customer service, I was spoken to in a rude tone and told that I did not receive the message because I do not have a Danish phone number — which is untrue, as I only have one number and it is a Danish one. Because of this, I will no longer receive my parcel.
Unprofessional attitude and poor-quality service!

I had a great delivery experience with Abdul Karim from BFT. He was attentive, polite and flexible with the delivery instructions.

The courier (his name is Sadi iirc), delivered our package safely and on time. Good service.

Í was not informed that youONLY deliver and absolutely do not help. I had to carry total 160kg sofa by my self. You should put in BIG letter that you only deliver to the outside of the house. NOT happy!

This is actually the first time in my life that I’m writing a review, and I’ll keep it short.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.

I was told I would receive a text message 30 minutes before the driver arrived. Instead, I got the message at 12:56, and the driver was at my door just 7 minutes later. The idea was, after receiving text i will drive home and receive the goods but
The driver called me and said he was at my address and can not wait for me. I explained that I was at work and would need 15 minutes to get there. I kindly asked if he could leave the boxes at my door on the first floor, but he refused.

I then called the company. Since my Danish isn’t very good yet, I politely asked the woman on the phone, named "H****", if we could speak in English. She immediately said “NEJ” — a loud and clear “no.” I explained that I’m new to Denmark, still learning the language, and asked again if we could speak in English. Again, she just said “NEJ.”

I tried to explain my problem in Danish as best I could, but she kept saying things I couldn’t understand. Eventually, I gave up, said “okay, thanks,” and she coldly replied “good day” and hung up.

Extremely rude and unhelpful service.

How are they doing business in a country like Denmark?
I was home all day and waiting for my package to come. I took a leave from my work just for this delivery. And when I check the tracking it shows no property access. I did not get any call on my phone or no one rang my doorbell.
When I called the customer service, the customer service representative was very unprofessional and rude from the beginning and did not even listen to me.
Please avoid this company.

Best delivery ever. Never got the delivery guys name.. but the ordernumber has been added. He is the absolute best delivery guy. Super polite and extremely service minded.

I took a day from home to receive the delivery.
The carrier did not ring a European phone.
Maybe you could consider giving this possibility to your driver?
And did not ring the building bell.
I am not sure why the doorbell was not ring but should you have rang the doorbell, I would have opened.
And then it showed on the tracking that there was no one home.
It is quite unpleasant to read I was not home whereas I was. Maybe your tracking should be more specific.

They were in good time with my shipment and helped with it inside even though it was only supposed to get delivered to my door. Curtesy and helpfulness goes long in my book. All in all fantastic
