Bargainsmokesau Reviews

I've had two successful orders, but the third was delayed. The product itself was fine when it arrived, the issue was the lack of communication while I was waiting. I understand Australia Post can be unreliable and delays happen, but a tracking number and a response when asked would make a big difference
Is is a reliable business and continue to use them.

No order received, no customer service
I have not received order, had no confirmation of payment, tried to contact by email several times very slow to respond only stated it had been delivered which it had not. Then no response to follow up emails I sent

My experience with these guys has been quick and great quality absolutely recommend them very happy

On the 1st of April '26, I made a purchase of $160...
I have tried to contact the bargainsmokesau.com to no avail.
I am being ignored and my money stolen.
if I do not hear from this company in 24hours, I WILL make sure this company is closed down by public demand. The internet just loves stories about pensioners being ripped off!

Good communication via WhatsApp and email. Never had a problem and always received the order

I have been dealing with this company for a while now and they are great. Never had an issue and delivery is fast.

I have not received order, had no confirmation of payment, tried to contact by email several times very slow to respond would not give tracking order insisted I have to contact via whats app. I'm in my 70's and have a basic phone so email is my preferred option. No customer service no delivery - beware of this company

BargainSmokesAus have been great , shipping is so fast that you don’t even need to follow it up !
Premium quality tobacco and price was even better !

Arrived within 4 business days - fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Placed an order late last week and received today (Tuesday). Great service and the best price I have come across yet. Will definitely be a returning customer.

There was a delay with the parcel but got it eventually.. They were patient , helping to solve the issue..

The guys from Barginsmokesau are Awesome. Quality products, good prices & Express delivery. I was wary of purchasing Online so I reached out to them & they made every effort to make the process a great experience. Highly recommend Barginsmokesau to everyone. Happy Customer & now a repeat Customer.

barginsmokesau are legit and they sent my order very fast but never reply to messages or anything tho.

Who cares you get the goods for a good price could not be happier.

I dislike having to use the what's app just to get my tracking number and they are not Australia's cheapest as the company I normally order from are cheaper thought l would give them a go. Had to email them 3 times before anyone responded. The only positive was quick delivery
