Beautiful Mirror, Excellent Customer Service Recovery

The mirror is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition.

My original experience was disappointing: the promised delivery timeframe was exceeded by several months without proactive updates, and I received only one day’s notice before delivery, leaving no practical way to reschedule.

However, after I shared my feedback, Bolder Loft contacted me, acknowledged my experience, and offered a complimentary lamp as a gesture of goodwill. The lamp arrived in perfect condition, and this time I received clear communication and tracking updates throughout the delivery.

While I still believe the company should improve delivery planning and communication, I genuinely appreciate the way they handled my complaint afterward. That made a real difference.

The experience of ordering and getting…

The experience of ordering and getting the product was very seamless. Soon as I had ordered on the website they communicated a date when I would expect the delivery and gave very accurate updates on where my order was until it was delivered to my house. The product also looks really good, I bought a big frameless mirror.
