The footwear is deffinitely of high quality. The width of the shoes is not quite right (for size 44 eur). The toes are squished on the side. Even though your footwear is mot barefoot, you should increase the width for larger numbers, not only the length.
Also your brand is environment friendly but you include a useless plastic bag in the box. If you make it out of other materials it can become more useful and less harmful for the environment.

The sneakers that i bought was dice…
The sneakers that i bought was dice lace less in white colour and ordered twice both times got a faulty one. First time the sneakers had a shade of blue colour and 2nd time the white had 2 shades with uneven stitching at the back of the shoes. I wasn’t happy with the customer support resolution by offering 20% refund. Pathetic customer support would not buy again from this brand.

Wonderful Shoe!
I really enjoy the fit and build quality of the shoes. I have one minor discrepancy, my shoes unfortunately came with a small blemish on the tongue and it’s just really unfortunate. Other than that I love the purchase and think they’re an amazing piece!

Terrible service after item went missing
My order went missing when it was left outside my home. Consumer rights say it is Axel’s responsibility until I have taken physical ownership of the product. I have had a claim outstanding since July 4th, they will not issue a replacement or a refund.
Do not order online unless you can guarantee to be in to accept delivery.

The security and staff at Bicester are slow
The security and staff at Bicester are slow. They make you wait outside in a queue while theres 3 staff and one security and only 3 customers within the store.
They would rather argue about why they cannot allow more people in than actually do their job and let people browse and buy.

I got info that i could get service in a Axel arigato shop after i did my purchase but i have no idea how it works, what it costs, where the shop is or the opening hours.

Warehouse Error at the Customer’s Expense
I returned three pairs of shoes in one parcel, but only two were refunded. Axel Arigato claims that the third pair was never recorded by their warehouse and is therefore refusing to refund me.
There is no objective proof to support this, not even the weight of the return parcel was recorded. Yet apparently, “not recorded by the warehouse” is enough for the customer to simply lose their money.
I find this absolutely unacceptable. A potential mistake in a company’s own returns process should not simply become the customer’s financial loss. I expected much better from a brand in this price range.
