Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Hotel Pick-Up and Lunchbox. A very professional and efficient service. Pick service from our hotel was very smooth. The guided tour of the concentration camps were very informative with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The service was very punctual and friendly and comes with our high recommendation.

Waste of time. Arranged delivery on a specific day and took time off to be at home to take delivery of an item that said required a signature. Yodel failed to deliver on the specific day. The item was then delivered on the following day about 30 mins outside of the delivery time window they had provided. Driver did not care that the item was supposed to be delivered on a different day and did not even have the curtesy to apologise for delivering the item late and that I had wasted the previous day waiting for them. The worst thing was the fact that the item that they had said would need a signature and could not be left outside my property, the whole reason why I had arranged time off to be present for the delivery, was handed over without a signature. I have had several negative delivery experiences with this company and would give them no stars if it was possible. Have some respect for your customers without whom you would not be in business.
