Great trainers, slow delivery

Orders to London are shipped from Germany and take longer to arrive. Everything else about ordering was spot on

My order was placed and the delivery …

My order was placed and the delivery arranged. The driver arrived as arranged with only part of the order. After speaking with someone at the depot, they said the would contact me to arrange for the remainder of the order to be delivered.

A week later I contacted them to find out about the rest of the order and they were unaware that the order was only part delivered. We arranged for the remainder of the order to be delivered and this is why I've given them 4 stars instead of 3: I got a phone call confirming that my order was being delivered and then again the following day to make sure that I was happy with the goods.

A personal touch after the delivery went a bit wrong counted for a lot.
