Circular saw and lack of customer service
I received my circular saw but it did not work. Both batteries would not charge ie the red light stayed red overnight. So I was unable to use the saw on the weekend for an urgent job I required it for. I contacted the support area and was put on hold for about 15 min and subsequently forced to leave a message but no return call received. I raise the question are the products tested before sending them to consumers?

Unfortunately, once an order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery and collection arrangements are outside of our control. The courier determines whether a parcel can be left at the delivery address and, if not, which collection point it is taken to. We have previously been in contact with you regarding this and have done our best to assist with the issue.

WORX Multi Function Worktable - good, but watch your hands!
I've made limited use of the Multi Function Worktable so far but it seems great. However you really need to watch your hands when setting it up. While there is a graphic to warn against putting your fingers into the gap between the table sides when opening them up, it's very easy to put the palm of your hand there which can result in a very painful pinch - I've still got a blood blister from doing this two weeks ago! These should be a much clearer safety warning about this both in the instructions and on the table itself - maybe the inner edges of the table sections could also be coloured red as a visual reminder.
My only other complaint is that there should be some form of carry handle. Apart from these issues it appears to be a great portable work table so far.
