The retail experience was very good with helpful staff and excellent product range. I was able to buy a dining chair to try it in my home and return it with a full refund guarantee if it didn't suit. I went on to purchase the dining chairs which arrived in good order and delivery was a bit quicker than promised. Happy to recommend.

Good sales and delivery, poor warranty
I’ve purchased from Kave Home twice and, initially, the experience was very positive. The furniture looks great, matches the online photos, and delivery comms were prompt and clear.
Unfortunately, the after-sales support has significantly changed my overall impression of Kave. A side table developed white staining after only three months of light use. To be clear, the table has only been used to hold 1 book and has not been exposed to spills or moisture. I am 100% confident this is a painting or finish defect. I have even sent a video of the attempted clean.
I contacted Kave Home regarding a warranty claim and was advised it was likely moisture damage, despite the limited and careful use. I then sent two follow-up emails seeking clarification or a resolution and received no response. I have been ignored.
It’s disappointing because I genuinely like the products and had been happy with my purchases up until this point. I also don’t want a refund, just a replacement. However, good furniture also needs to be backed by responsive customer service and reasonable warranty. Based on this experience, I’d be hesitant to purchase again and would prefer to choose my local Freedom, Coco Republic, Empire or Furniture Gallery store where after-sales support is much more reliable. At least there it’s “we believe you” and not “you’re wrong, it’s your fault”.

the Product was nice - outside table and chairs - colour is what i expected - dark grey -unfortunately it has to be delivered to a coastal unit- and there were several (3-4 ) emails confirming dates - but in the end it never left Melbourne and it was only when i followed it up - did i realise it was still sitting in the warehouse.

Some things to improve
I loved the service I got from the staff in your store. They were extremely helpful friendly and efficient.
However the payment system was time consuming. I had to call your head office to make a payment with a credit card.
I also had a mixup with the delivery date and then when it did get delivered the delivery company didn’t unpack the items, remove packaging and assemble the chairs because it wasn’t on the delivery order. However when I paid for my order I was not asked if I wanted this service so I presumed it was included. Which was very disappointing
