From an honest mistake comes amazing customer service
Please stick with the story as it's important.
Initially, I didn't get to buy anything because I had an issue with their advertising and pricing.
Found an ad online advertising the product at £65.80. Clicked through to the website and it was £100.61.
Apparently, the first price was a trade price without VAT - nowhere did it make that clear. Seemed to me to be wrong not to clarify this on the ad so didn't purchase the product. But I let the company know and posted a review.
Full credit goes to the Customer Service Manager - Louise. She reached out to me, we had a chat and they have honoured the price as advertised. Even though that was a mistake.
You cannot get a better customer service experience than this and Louise needs to take the credit for the action she initiated.
Product now purchased.

Since replacing my fridge water filter, I’ve noticed a much fresher and crisper taste to the water, and the whole family has commented on the difference.
With the warm summer we’ve just had, it was a fantastic move and I’m really happy with my purchase from Aqua Cure. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Awful service
Ordered a part which was £5, needed it urgently so paid £15 for next day delivery. Did not arrive, when I called they said a signature was required a delivery had been attempted. No delivery was attempted. They said they would look into it and call back. Never called back. Package arrived at 1610 that day, left on the door step so no signature required. Awful company and awful service. No one ever rang back.
