Rushed, unprofessional.
The translation was done right away. With that said, there was a simple mistake: in a table filled with asterisks marking working months - the asterisks were copied incorrectly. This shows a lack of attention, or a rushed job - but I guess it can happen.
Then, after mentioning this, the correction took significantly longer. I can't imagine why - all that was required was to correct the number of asterisks in a table. This is not even translation related.
Finally, after receiving the corrected document, the pdf included both iterations: the first with the wrong number of asterisks, and the second one with the right one. And of course the original document - twice. I accepted the document during the review, and left a message for the translator to please fix the final document - simply remove the previous iteration and create a pdf with the right one only. My message was ignored and the job was marked as finished.
Overall it seems like a rushed, unprofessional job. I don't understand why you charge 200 bucks for this. With that price range I expected some level of seriousness.
