Great Service as always!

I used the online chat function to get an update on an application as I could not see it on the webportal. Got through to Conner J and he was very helpful and advise he could send it as a priority to the approvals teams. I said if he could I would appreciate it. Less that 2 mins later while I was still on the chat I received a message to say I had been approved! Great service all round, thank you.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! Have never missed a payment on other finance and loans and this crowd keep refusing me. Have great credit! I feel very discriminated against with them!

This was my first time using humm and I couldn't be happier with how easy the whole process was. I used it to purchase my new couches and rug, and everything was so straightforward from start to finish. It's a brilliant option for spreading the cost of bigger purchases without having to pay everything upfront. Really impressed with how simple and hassle-free it was. Would definitely use humm again and highly recommend!

Very easy and straight forward, everything went smoothly with the application, you get your answer in about 24 hours, and you get an email with everything you need to know. Very happy will use it again.
