This was probably a joke. I ordered shoes size 41, I got size 43. Of course, in the meantime they dont have smaller size anymore...

Extremely disappointing experience with ABOUT YOU.

I placed an order based on the delivery timeframe that was clearly advertised at checkout. Not only was that promise not met, but five days after placing the order I still have no evidence that the package has actually been shipped.

The company claims the order was shipped the day after I placed it, yet the tracking number they provided does not exist and cannot be found by the carrier. A package that cannot be tracked is very difficult to believe has actually been handed over for delivery.

What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. If there is a delay, just be honest about it. Telling customers that an order has shipped while providing a non-working tracking number is unacceptable.

I ordered from ABOUT YOU because I expected a professional online retailer. Instead, I have experienced missed delivery promises, questionable shipment information, and poor communication. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will think twice before ordering again.

NEVER ORDER from About You! They never refunded an article Ι returned! Customer service was cheekily polite but my refund was never issued, not after 4 separate tickets and multiple telephone calls, it is now 4 months later... What a shameful business!

No more shopping with them. Their branch in Poland has defrauded hundreds of customers and is not refunding them for returned goods. I am waiting for a refund for over a month! They keep sending emails saying that the transfer has been made, bur it's a lie. Fraudsters!

I wanted to place an order, and during the payment via TWINT, the website froze. Order was not placed but money was charged.
I had a ridiculously long e-mail trail with Customer support, and they keep lying to me that "next week" my money will be wired back into my account. Until now, nothing happened, and it's been already 2 months since the first contact with them.

I had a good experience with this company until recently I made a return and still waiting for a refund (for more than a month already). Last week, they said it comes on Friday Latest. Still nothing.

Update: I contacted customer service again. They told me there is a big bug in the system and no one knows when the refund will be processed. The lady was kind. Still, I'm highly disappointed.

Update of update: Today (1st of July), I contacted customer service again. They asked me to send them another email. To date, I have written two emails (reference numbers 19936074 and 19811369) and called three times.

Update of update of update: The refund was transferred after all, more than a month after the issue was reported.

This is my first review eva, but these jokers deserve it.
1.got a voucher from company benefits. Never had a problem using vouchers on any other site, on here they do not work even if they should.
2. Made a purchase via Twint, successful transaction on Twint, bank got also charged but ... purchase fell through due to temporary error. After a day of email exchange with support I'm still waiting for a refund. Waste of a day. If I was a layer I would sue for the time they made me waste. Ridiculously buggy platform!

I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes, because they promised me 20% ekstra on certain item. When I was done and about to buy, they first wanted me to add the 20% to each product, so I had to remove and add every item again.
When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again, there was some message about their the coupons/20% was put on hold.
So I called them to ask what the deal was, and a polite customer "service" guy said he did not understand it either. He said I could try again after the 5+ days when the coupons was not put on hold, but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5+ days i slim to none.
Stay away from this site, you will pay more then you were promised.

At the moment i am waiting for my order for 12 days,customer servis is useless and said they can't do anything about that. Every day their answer is " call tomorrow maby something change " I am really disappointed and surprised big company as About You don't have proper people to sort problems. This is last time I order from About You,what a shame.

The items are with quality, but lately not so fast delivered.

I have been trying to contact AboutYou for two weeks regarding a return without success. This order contained two identical dresses, one in size S and one in M.

I sent back the order on the 28th of June, which arrived at the AboutYou warehouse on the 2nd of August. On the same day, I received an email confirming the return of one of the products only. I directly called the company and have been told to wait 2 weeks since this is the processing time for returns. Today is the 14th day and I still have not received any information about the return of the second dress. Moreover, they have never replied to any of the emails I sent.

It can be somehow confirmed that both dresses were sent back by checking the packages' weight on the Swiss Post website. When AboutYou sent the package, it had 0.80 kg; when I sent it back, it had 0.82 kg.

I am still waiting for a response from the company, and also for them to confirm the return of the second dress. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service provided to the customers.

The service is quite good! Receiving and sending back the products is for free. The products are usually delivered in less than a week. I never had a problem with getting a refund but I must say I always select the option to use Klarna facture. Like this I can return all item that do not fit and afterwards I pay only the good ones.
