Terrible - No Locky Code and No help received at all
No help received at all, terrible customer experience!!!
My parcel was delivered to a Locky locker, but I never received the PIN or QR code needed to collect it. ..Like, duh?
I have spent now over 2 days trying to get help through WhatsApp, email, contact forms and the website bot, from CTT, Locky AND About You. Either nobody replies or I am sent in circles and told to contact the same channels that are already ignoring me.
The parcel is sitting in the locker and I can't collect it because nobody will send me the code or actually help solve the problem.
Absolutely unacceptable practice, first of all sending an item WITHOUT the code? And bad customer service tops it.

No goods, no refund, no assistance!
Order aypt-685-380301257 from 18.05. 2026. Total amount 225.25 €. CTT confirmed that I even did not get the order. So I have neither received ordered goods nor a refund, and AboutYou "customer service team" has provided no any assistance. Even their chatbot KAI suddenly went blind, deaf and mute- Pedido nº23762004.

A full month has passed without any resolution regarding my return. This was my last time shopping here; I was essentially forced to keep two items I didn't want. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I Ordered a Backpack, They Sent Women's Pants. They're Trying to Keep My €106.25
I ordered a Kapten & Son 'Banff' Backpack for €106. Instead, About You mistakenly sent me a pair of women's pants that are definitely NOT worth €106. I require the backpack for a trip I have coming up. But after speaking with an online agent and providing photo proof of their error, customer service refused to send me the backpack, saying I must place a completely new order. (which wouldn’t arrive in time for my trip.)
Furthermore, Customer Service won’t refund my €106 until they get the pants back. And I have to take the pants to the post office to return them. So, in practice, my money is being held hostage.
I told customer service I expected them to do the following:
1. Send me the correct item (backpack) via express mail, to rectify their error
2. Schedule a pickup at my home for the pants via CTT or another carrier, if About You wants them back - as I don’t have time to fix About You's mistake, as I am a person and About You is a corporation
They said no, that they couldn't do that. About You made a mistake and expects me to fix it, or will keep my money. I’m shocked and believe this is a legal issue. A lawyer actually told me I SHOULDN'T return the package myself as then I can be held accountable if the item is lost in the mail. In that case, I wouldn't have my backpack, the random pants, OR my €106. I don't think About You is an ethical company at the point, but I do believe they may not be acting legally, either.

The value and quality of the products…
The value and quality of the products are amazing and the price very accessible.
Perfect packadge fast delivery
A lot of variarity
A lot of variarity, good promotions , good brands .
Sold as new, but clearly second-hand with defects
If you want damaged items with clear defects and wear marks sold as "new," this is your go-to address.
Quality Issues:
Products marketed as new arrived with obvious quality defects and visible signs of use
The packaging was even damaged, like something from a second-hand market
My Experience: I ordered the same item twice, thinking the first was just an unlucky edge case. Apparently, this is what their "discount" is really about — offloading second-hand goods or quality-rejected stock that brands discarded.
Bottom line: AVOID if you actually want something new.
