Very disappointed with AboutYou

Very disappointed with AboutYou. My order was supposed to arrive within 3–4 days, but instead it took almost 2 weeks to be delivered. Because of this huge delay, I didn’t have enough time to return the item after discovering it didn’t fit properly.

Now I’m being denied a refund, even though the entire situation was caused by their late delivery — not by me. Customers should not be punished for a company’s logistics failures. Extremely unfair experience, zero responsibility toward customers. I definitely won’t order from them again.

Item not available after I paid for it.

I took the tame to place an order - which I paid for - only to get an email a couple of days later saying the item is not available and that I would get a refund 7 days later. Let's hope I get the money back, but the whole ordeal was just a waste of my time. Not professional, and disappointing.

Goods were never delivered

Bought 2 pairs of shoes on the 1st/04.
Expected delivery between 9 and 12/04.
On the 9th they emailed saying it might take longer. They wrote again saying some reference might no longer be available in their warehouse since they did no ship on time (absurd...) on day 10th.
Eventually they emailed both shoes have been sent, great! But no, day 15th they emailed again arguing they had a problem with the logistics company, the package was sent back to them and I had to buy again. They are unable to send again this same package according to them, they are THAT bad!
I think they simply never sent the goods, just tolk my money.
Such bad customer service and experience that it sounds like a joke. Never again, clown company.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful, diabolical experience. They sent me a totally different product to the one I ordered then made it almost impossible to claim a refund even after investing hours into trying to get my money back. Do not order from them under any circumstances.

The coat was as good as the pictures

The coat was as good as the pictures. In fact it was better than I had hoped for.
It is difficult to buy winter coats online, you never know what you get.
But in this case I highly recommend About You for delivering a quality product in the right size.

No experience as I had zero…

No experience as I had zero communications about the shipping. Followed up twice and no response. My shipment turned out to be at the post office which I was visiting anyways by coincidence.

Bad, but not fraudulent.

Edit after aboutyou.es answered:
What a joke, I ask them twice over two weeks and 0 response. Then I write one review and they answer within 6 hours.
