Avoid this company at all costs. Purchased a pair of boots, which then was a failed delivery after many emails from myself that the delivery address was incorrect. Package was rejected and returned to the warehouse. Got a couple of responses that it was being investigated, but still nothing. Asked for a refund or for the package to be delivered to the correct address but now not getting any response. I am commenting on all their posts to save others from wasting their money.

Very good quality, sadly the official bag didnt came with it but got a free sock so that makes it up! The delivery was perfect and on point!

Boots feel amazing second time ordering and won’t be my last.

They claim to sell “top-quality” soccer cleats… but what I got was garbage. Wrong size, terrible quality—these cleats feel soft and flimsy, like they’re made out of rubber. Completely unusable.
Customer service? Just as bad. Took forever to reply and then refused to give a refund even though they messed up the order.
Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. Total disappointment. 👎⚽️

They sell fakes. DO NOT BUY

The cleats are reps they are not legit, I ordered a few months ago and they came in the wrong box, the box it came in was messed up. Don't order from here if you want legit cleats.

To begin with, I am disappointed that I have not received any responses to my previous inquiries. I purchased cleats that only lasted a month, and I have found it challenging to reach someone for assistance. Additionally, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the product I received, leading me to believe that my experience with your company has not been satisfactory.

I urge you to address this situation promptly, as I believe that many potential customers should be made aware of these issues.

I ordered boots, waited 1 week and they didn’t send me a tracking number. Turned out they didn't have the boots in stock. I asked for a refund which they refused and then all of a sudden they had them in stock and sent them to me. They were in the worst condition and I sent photos on arrival and asked for a refund and return but they aren’t sending me the details so I can follow up with the return

Cleat Elite sell fakes. What I got was not exactly like the picture. When I tried to contact them about this problem they kept putting my concern off by blaming the manufacturer. They don't have a good enough relationship with their manufacturer to resolve any issues you might have. They put this off for weeks. Just wonder why a random website would have brand new very exclusive products while the original companies websites don't have it.
