I placed my order 36 days ago and still haven’t received my package or a refund. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they refused because the package is still marked as “in transit.” The last tracking update showed that it was on the delivery truck on April 19, and there have been no updates since then.

Counterfeit product. Item took well over a month to ship. Customer service was difficult to reach and they refuse to offer a refund.

Feel great quality but it did take a bit of time to get here but the wait was worth it.

Payed extra for customs on Feb 3 still haven’t received my package . Everytime I reach out always told it’s “still on the way” “sorry for the delay” “it willl be shipped “ it is now April 9 and still haven’t received shit .

The serve high quality boots that're super cheap. Usually I'd see something like this and would scroll but theres a bunch of vouchers who and review this product. You could really get any boot you want for 150 bucks and its just insane. Buying boots like this everytime now

What made my experience great about cheap cleats were they that they were really cheap for the cleats I wanted. They felt really good when i practiced with them.I will definitely be purchasing more cleats off of cheap cleats.🙏💯

Fast delivery.

We have had a very poor experience with Cheap Cleats. We bought 2 pairs of boots (F50's). Both pairs split after only 2 or 3 uses. They are clearly not genuine Adidas products. We are now trying to go through a refund process, but their customer service is poor and they have gone silent. I would not recommend buying from this company.

The boots are great the only thing that was odd was the box mine was dented but overall it was great
