I recently completed my clear aligner treatment with Caspersmile and I’m really happy with the results.
I decided to start treatment because the misalignment of my lower incisors was getting worse over time and becoming more noticeable, especially after I had a bridge fitted on my upper teeth. Caspersmile gave me the chance to fix the problem with prices that are truly affordable — much more accessible than the well-known brands. The option to do a digital scan instead of traditional impressions was also a big plus for me.
The product itself is excellent and the support throughout the treatment was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Olivia and the whole customer care team for their constant help and guidance. The only small difficulty I had was putting on the first aligner (I was a bit worried about applying too much pressure), but after following their advice and reading the FAQs everything became easy.
I finished all 15 aligners and I’m very satisfied with how my smile looks now. I trusted the many positive reviews I found online and I’m glad I did. I would definitely recommend Caspersmile to anyone looking for an effective and reasonably priced clear aligner treatment.

I have been trying to get some new putty because the ones I did were in-correct, it took a while to get through through to someone however eventually I got through to Louise who sorted out everything for me much appreciated

John Mitchell did my impress video he was very patient while my 3 year old was in the picture watching and trying to ask me questions. It took a while with different size trays but we got there in the end. I felt comfortable and he was very informative.

Jerry, was nice kind helpful and respectful, helped me do my mould and told me what i did wrong so that i learned from my mistakes, very nice neat job, thank you jerry.

DO NOT use this company. They claim that you can cancel and receive a full refund within 24-48h of your order. I have been trying to cancel from only 30 mins after my order and no one will respond! I was promised a response multiple times 'within a few hours'. I am now past the 48h point and no one will confirm the cancellation. I have been emailing them to no avail, their live chat does not work, and they are reading my messages on Instagram and ignoring them! I have had to contact my bank to try a chargeback as they are literally scamming people! They promise you can cancel and get a refund but they don't let you! Avoid like the plague.

Wonderful experience. Had aligners for overnight and after the period of time my teeth are how I hoped they would be and super happy with the results. Retainer is good and the customer service throughout was brilliant
