Three things matter in retail: 1 Product quality Five *, 2 Value for money Five *, 3 Quality of service Five *. Cartucho dispatched an excellent product at a very reasonable price and within hours of my order, it was delivered on the next working day!

Completely unreliable delivery and poor customer service

I placed my order on 13 July. Cartucho advertises fast delivery and states that orders are usually delivered the next day, in many cases in less than 24 hours.

Despite this promise, the printer was still not delivered by 20 July. I was explicitly assured that the delivery would take place on that date, but once again, nothing arrived.

Instead, the shipment history suddenly showed the message: “Incorrect delivery address.” This is especially frustrating because the delivery address provided with the order is correct.

More than a week after placing the order, I still have neither received the printer nor been given a reliable and definitive delivery date. The communication has been vague, the information provided has been contradictory, and the company has failed to take responsibility for the delay.

I have now requested access to the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book because the matter remains unresolved.

Advertising delivery in less than 24 hours while failing to deliver the product more than a week later is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, the service has been unreliable, unprofessional and highly disappointing.

I cannot recommend Cartucho.

Purchase of a Brother laser printer: good price and excellent service

The ordering process was a bit hairy as credit card payment didn’t work very nicely. I ordered a plotter and laser printer to be delivered in Portugal and in the end we agreed to pay cash on delivery. The delivery was really fast, very smooth and the goods are great . Also the price was very competitive. I will order from them again

I have tried many different non original, remanufactured HP Cartridges. A lot of times the printer will not recognize them but these Cartucho Cartridges are EXCELLENT !!! The best I've ever used.

I ordered a laser printer and was told it would be delivered in 48 hours. It was at my door just 19 hours later - sent from Lisbon to Algarve! This is unbelievable service

Do NOT trust this company!!! We spent 60 euros and ordered 3 black toners and they did not work!!! What is going on!! This is a scam!!!! I am going to trading standards if they keep our money!!!!@

We have made two orders on this website.
The first order was over 72 hours late and on the day it was scheduled for delivery we saw hours go by without any delivery. So after calling everywhere we found out that the package was still on the distributor, and we had to go there pick it up.
The second order was for 3 toners for our office, after making the payment of several hundred euro, we had a message, after a few hours, saying our order had been cancelled because we are a company, and should look for other B2B supplier (because we don't have our own printers you know?) - we've made 2 orders in 6 months. And also inform that we will only see our money in 96 hours, when we paid immediately.
I don't recommend this company to anyone.
