Ordered a printed PDF from Webtinteiro on March 28th (Order #1063312) and only received it on April 14th.
I contacted customer service three times during this period and received just one reply. Communication and order updates were extremely poor.
While the print quality was fine, the lack of transparency and delay made this a very disappointing experience.

On March 20, 2025, I made a purchase (of prints) with priority shipping. The delivery deadline I paid for was completely disregarded, causing me significant inconvenience and additional costs. Due to this delay, I had to find an alternative solution to meet my needs, which was not only unexpected but also avoidable if the agreed deadline had been met. I requested a full refund, which was denied on the grounds that the printed items were personalized. As an alternative, I was offered a refund of 40% plus the shipping cost.

While I understand that printed orders are personalized, this is not new information nor a valid reason to deny a refund since the failure was entirely on the part of the company offering the service. It is their responsibility to ensure on-time delivery. If a company fails to meet its contractual obligations, it must bear the associated costs, regardless of whether the products are personalized or not. Otherwise, it would be necessary to either more strictly adhere to deadlines or reconsider offering this online service.

Even under these circumstances, after careful consideration, I decided to accept the proposed 40% refund to the original payment method, including a full refund of shipping costs. The full refund was received after 3 business days. I chose to avoid further emotional distress and wasted time.

I must express my disappointment with the way this matter was handled by the higher-ups in the company. Despite this, I would still like to thank the customer service representative Lizeth Velandia (Webcartucho.pt) for her continued assistance and cordiality in the messages exchanged.
