The canvas is of good quality. Paint takes well to the canvas. I do wish the brush set was tailored a bit more to each piece. In some cases the painting areas are so small the only brush that works is the smallest size. One brush can't make it through an entire painting and I have to supplement with other brushes. The paint is good but I often find that the computer doesn't read the colors as well as other times and I get large places where I have to add my own details so you can make out the shapes.

The resulting painting is lovely. That said, one “pot” of paint was empty upon arrival and another pot for a heavily used color was missing entirely. For the latter, I contacted the company and they sent it in the mail. It took about 10 days to arrive, though, which is frustrating because all the materials are just sitting out on the table. (For the former I just mixed a couple of colors since it only had a few areas). Also the canvas had quite a few areas where the numbers and lines were blurry or doubled, as though the canvas moved during printing. It’d be nice if they could print an inlay of really detailed areas, like you used to see for cities on printed maps .

I have completed 28 paintings (9 customs) from masterpiece by numbers since 2019,. Since they went out of business I have tried several other companies. I find that your product is by far the best of the ones I've tried. I have completed five of your paintings so far and I'm about to start one of the three that I recently ordered. They are such high quality and exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to see them finished. I would also share that because my photos were detailed, so are the paintings which raises the complexity of the task of painting it. I still think that it will be well worth the effort!

The "Hummingbird Garden" is my first paint by numbers. Ordering was easy and delivery was pretty quick. It is extremely helpful to have a color-coded pattern sheet. I'm about75% finished and it looks fabulous! There are a lot of thin, straight, lines for the hummingbird's tail and wings. I discovered I could put, on the canvas, removable tape to make sure I painted straight lines! Great experience. I'm already planning my next kit to order from Canvas by Numbers.

Pretty much perfect!
I've done several pre-made paint by numbers kits and have really enjoyed them. This was my first time using Canvas By Numbers and the quality difference was staggering. The canvas is great and feels like it's soaking in the paint in a satisfying way. The paints flow really well and have strong coverage that doesn't make me worry that I need to do too many coats to cover the lines/numbers. I've already begun thinking through what pictures I want to do next.

I am impressed with the quality of your paint. It is not as transparent as that of other companies. So, the need to go over areas two to three (or more) times to cover the paint numbers is less. However, I still am a little frustrated that all companies feel the need to make the numbers so dark and hard to hide.

This was my third order. I liked the first two so much that I have had several friends pick out pictures that i will paint for them. I find your estimates of the time taken to paint them to be extremely low. Working on them nearly every day for several hours, it has still taken me about two months for each one. Part of that is because I have poor eyesight and jthe numbers and lines are difficult for me to see. However, the final products have been spectacular. Even after I finish these three, I intend to order more.
One thing. There is really not enough pain for the whole picture. I have had to order extra kits for the first two and will probably do it again for these three. I am left with a lot of paint that I do not need. Perhaps adding extra pots for some colors would be very helpful.

Was impressed with the quality of the canvas and the paints and the vast selection of paintings. Also the rating of difficulty.
