I really would not recommend this outfit to anybody. At first they sent a very polite and engaging email to my enquiry. They knew before I placed the order that I needed the goods for a craft session before 20th July. After I had placed and paid for my order, I needed to order extra paint sets which did not appear on their website. I emailed them over a period of five days on numerous occasions before they answered. Their customer care service is extremely poor. They could improve by answering their emails sooner. They knew I had to receive the goods before 20th July -it’s now 23rd and I still have not received them. If they cannot deliver by a certain date , they should not accept the order. Order was placed nearly a month ago!

Good delivery, amazing kits, very nice paintings.

Painting with Figured’Art is great fun- I’m an artist facing a slump in inspiration and Figured’Art got me going again in a very positive way.

Superb quality and arrived well packaged and in the timescales indicated.
I ordered the biggest size and there were a nice range of tools provided.
This will keep my wife busy for hours.

Made and order all went through ok, had an email to say that my order has shipped... Approximately a week later received another email to say that there had been a problem with the production of my order which didn't add up considering I already had an email to say it had shipped. Then I emailed them back to try to correct their problem heard nothing again until I got fed up of waiting and cancelled the order. Now waiting a refund... Will see how long that will take....

A Fantastic Company to work with. The Pictures supplied are top quality with lovely colourful paints.

The painting sets are good so I restrained myself to put one star only, but the customer service is absolutely atrocious! I requested to pay but the parcel to be dispatched in two weeks because I was on long holiday and I didn't want the painting I chose to get out of stock (it happened with one of my choices before).
Contacted by email to ask if possible. Be aware, there is no any other options for contact.
I have had all promises and explanation of the process how they are going to handle this, but once I paid, the communication was gone, it was no response for three days.
In this time the half of my order (based in UK warehouse and online promise to be dispatch in 48 hours) was dispatched and then hold to the local post office so I had to shorten my holiday and come back home to collect it.
Then the second part of my order (from somewhere in the world) was sent with untraceable track number (lead me to some Chinese site and no explanation which carrier has my parcel in the UK. The first attempt was "unsuccessful" - surprise! It was no delivery email or message prior the delivery date. Like they expect people to stay at home 24/7. Again, trying to contact the customer service, no response, no answer, no any other way for contact, apart from an email available.
I had to take a day off work to stay at home and hope and pray to get the delivery the next day.
I really like few of other sets but it's too much stress. It's not worth it.
I'll never order from this site anymore.

I’ve been diamond painting for years and from all the places I’ve bought from not had this much trouble. I have ordered this personalised diamond painting as a present for my friend. I waited two weeks at the beginning of June when I ordered for them to send it out haven’t received nothing through an email or anything. So I emailed the company and they said that they hadn’t sent it out due to wrong sizing for the picture but they had not informed me of this. They then said that they would send it out promptly and I would receive an email within two days pending dispatch. I left it for five days and still did not hear anything back and once again took it upon myself to email them they then apologised and said that it had been sent out though I still did not receive an email, the tracking on their website is extremely poor and when I said I should receive some sort of compensation for all the inconvenience that they had caused me they could only offer me a 10% off my refund which only was £1.82 which I thought was disgusting. I would not buy from them again though I have now received my diamond painting and it appears all okay so far. I still think the lack of customer service is appalling.

Absolutley not satisfied with this site.
In the FAQ it says they ship worldwide so I ordered a big diamond painting I have been looking for for a long time. Paid for it and started waiting. But nothing happened. I contacted customer service and got a reply a couple of days later. We emailed back and forth and it took about 3 days for every reply from them. The last email I got from them before today, they said my order would be shipped within the next few days. A week went by and nothing happened. I wrote a new mail, waited for three more days and the reply I got was that due to shipping restrictions they cannot send diamond paintings to norway. The option was to cancel the order. So my answer to this was of course, cancel the order. Remains to see if I actually get my money back.

They really should update the FAQ on the site, regarding the worldwide shipping.

Really frustrating experience. My Lisbon picture is all good, until I have run out of paint. I have tried ordering (and paying!) for more, and they are happy to take my money and then absolutely nothing has happened. Have emailed multiple times. So they will happily sell you the original art, but they will do absolutely nothing about lower value orders. Next time I will go somewhere else. Have wasted so much of my time on something I will never finish!

I thought I'd like to try diamond art, so ordered some kits. Order went in on the Friday afternoon and they were delivered on Monday morning. I'm really pleased with them, and happy with my new hobby - I'll certainly be ordering from them again.

Lovely colours, unusual pictures and excellent quality of paint.

Delivery service very good.

One very slight problem is a few of the pots of paint are a bit difficult to open.

Superb quality. From the way it was packaged to the equipment included. The canvass is thick and clearly marked, paints were vac packed to prevent them drying out and the brushes perfectly sized and excellent quality. This is the first paint by numbers I've bought where everything is perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Livid, I purchased a diamond art personalised photo as a gift.
Reassured by the trading name being registered with a UK address, I decided to order from them only to find out when checking the shopping status it was coming from China.
Hence, nearly 10 days on its nowhere near due for delivery which means there delivery lead time on the website is also correct.

When my daughter Yuna was born earlier this year, life became both beautiful and exhausting. Like many new parents, I often felt physically tired and emotionally overwhelmed while caring for a newborn.

Painting my Figured'Art canvas became a special moment of peace in my day. Even if I only had a few minutes, sitting down to paint helped me relax, clear my mind, and feel a sense of accomplishment.

What made it even more meaningful was that my little newborn often stayed beside me while I painted. It became a quiet activity that we somehow shared together, creating memories I will always treasure.

The quality of the kit was excellent, and the customer support team was incredibly kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

I am very grateful for this experience and have already ordered my next projects. I highly recommend Figured'Art to anyone looking for a creative and relaxing hobby.
