Dissatisfied experience in placing an order
Was at their site and saw 50% off sale, and after entering email ( which really wasn't needed) an offer for additional discount asked for cell#, which i I provided. Placed an order only to find that the additional discount wasn't there and I hadn't received either a text nor was that discount auto-applied to the order. Contacted the company and they apologized but didn't offer to make good; after a 2nd attempt to explain my dissatisfaction, customer service basically acknowledged it's frustrating/disappointing, but said they can't make any adjustment once the order is placed. It wasn't until I told them they lost a customer and I'd post that they have poor customer service/ business practice, that they eventually offered to honor that additional discount. However, before I received that information, I was so turned off that I told them to cancel my order. Afterwards I received 2 emails telling me that they WERE able to adjust my original order, and later on, that they refunded the full amount.
Can't comment on the quality of the art project. Just be forewarned that you should wait until you get a text with additional discount before placing any order; personally, I won't buy from them. They also try to upsell additional kits, supplies after you check out, and I didn't believe any discounts apply to those.

First class
I have just decided to get into adult painting by numbers and came across the DIY art club. Wow what a selection of inspiring designs. I ordered rather a lot, as there was a sale on and got carried away as I couldn't make my mind up!!
The prices in the sale were so good I couldn't resist. I did find waiting for them to arrive a bit frustrating as it took quite a long time and I was eager to start! However the wait was worth it as the quality is first class.
I have been in touch with Sarah a few times as I had some questions and have to say the customer service is first class and immediate. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Cheap paints, I bought two canvases as separate Xmas gifts which came in one roll package and only one set of paints and illustration were in a pouch, the others were just rammed into package and creased. Customer services were useless and said if I wasn’t happy I could return at my own expense.
