We originally installed one Arista smart bidet seat in our ensuite just to see what it was like. After using it for a week we ordered another one for the main bathroom. Installation was simple both times everything worked straight away and it's become something we use every day.

Trying to purchase a product from Conors, however, they have a strange business model where there is no phone number to make customer enquiry.

In order to purchase the right product, with particular details regarding sizing, function and fit, Conors insist on email or delayed typed chat function only, taking up time, and making it very difficult to get accurate, refined information. Then on their website they state they don't do returns for wrong purchases.

They state they are in Australia, but with their hesitancy to communicate in a normal manner for a business, it raises suspicions regarding customer care.

It's a pity, because I'd really like to make a purchase. But because it is an online order, and I can't see the product, Conors make it all the more difficult by refusing to actually speak directly, providing vague, simplistic responses.

The Ayora Smart Bidet Seat has exceeded my expectations in both comfort and performance. The build quality feels premium, and all features work smoothly and reliably. I bought and installed the Conor non electric bidets at home and they worked fantastic. Quality is good and there's a choice of left and right water inlet to suit your need. The D shape is perfect for my toilet bowl.

After using a chinese bidet seat for a few years, I wanted to replace it and found Conors in Australia. Pricing was camparable, but free aus wide shipping was a no brainer. After week it was delivered and i installed it straight away. The pipe was a little too short for my setup, but was easy enough to get an extension. The feel of the product is solid until like the flimsy creaky chinese one i had. The seat looks very nice and discrete, you wouldn't even notice that its a bidet seat. It functions well and I like that the features are all using only one control button. I liked it so much that I've ordered a second one for the en suite today. Thank you Conors!

The Conor bidet works really well. Once the installer had worked out which of the supplied fittings suited the pan, the installation seemed to take no time at all.
Now it has been tested I can say it works better than some used in hotels overseas.

The quality of the product is excellent and works perfectly and makes you understand why the Japanese have had them for decades.
The fitting instructions are clear and installation simple. I did have to drill a 25mm hole through the side of the porcelain because the water inlet is inside the section that holds the water but that was an easy job for me.
The only regret is that I didn't get one sooner
