Leider der Kunden Service funktioniert nicht und sind überhabt nicht da. Ich habe mein Ware noch nicht erhalten und bin schon sehr unzufrieden. Mein Bestellung wird sogar einmal verschoben nach ich habe den gesagt das ich bin enttäuscht wegen mehrerer Grunde. Ich wollte auch warten bis mein Ware kommt so das ich kann ein fair Bewertung hier machen aber soga nach heute Verschiebung habe ich schon ein komisch Gefühl und wird mein Ware kontrollieren danach. Wie das seiht aus, wird das mein erstes und mein letztes Mal das ich bei denen bestellt…Hoffentlich muss ich mein Ware auch nicht zurückschicken wegen etwas, aber ich wurde ein Update geben.

There is a good reason for such bad reviews in general. The staff would rather choose to lose money than actually do their job which should be simple when needing to just change a phone number on a two step verification. I am not surprised that they would choose to cancel than actually take accountability for their mistakes and then provide a horrible service on top of it.
Good luck to your business when you have such “amazing” employee’s😂

Worst customer service o have ever experienced! I need my number changed and can’t so it myself due to two step verification with my old number. I called them and then got told to contact them per email, only to get told that i must phone them to get myself verified so that they can make the change…long story short, I will be cancelling my prime today because they haven’t changed my number in days now and I am throwing money away having a prime I can’t even use…

I would give them less stars but it isn’t possible. Customer service doesn’t exist and instead of helping, they made it worse. Be careful when selling something here and rather do it in private and not over these people.

Don’t even bother with this scam…
They don’t only “not” help you, but will completely remove your account when they are in the wrong and won’t help you fix any problem that should be sorted in a matter of a day. They have the worst customer service out there that will only tell you that they have given the issue to the right people and then do nothing about your problem. Please, I mean please, try another place to lose your money because this is an app that will only lose you money and not even break even. Don’t be a foul and actually invest where it can at least make you a 1% win.

The worst experience! Got told twice I can sell something to them, only to go there and have them send me away again because they were mistaken…They mistakenly wasted my time twice and left me hanging. If you live in Tuttlingen, don’t even bother going there if they don’t even know what they can buy or sell.
