4 dresses ordered 8 arrived

4 dresses ordered 8 arrived, doubled up on order, 2 separate packages, dress nice but zips, not strong and keep catching one dress material with sequins snagging as trying it on and pulling threads, after one where you would have to bin it !!, have only received confirmation of refund for one set of duplicated order so £152.80 still to be refunded and £5 down due to returns postage charges on 1st package,and no doubt will be charged the same again when they refund me for the 2nd

Would not use M&Co online again.
