I bought a contract but decided to cancel a few days later as my existing provider offered me a better price. Tasleen was very helpful and cancelled it with no issues or charges.

Review of B&Q

I have recently made two orders with…

I have recently made two orders with B&Q, offset by a couple of days. One of them was never delivered (despite the fact that I paid almost £6 for next day delivery), the other was marked as delivered while I was on holiday and when I got home it was no longer there. Obviously this is the fault of the delivery company, but what is really concerning is that in both cases, B&Qs customer service has been non-existent. For the first (more concerning) missing delivery, they simply have been ignoring me. For the second, their responses are slow. Despite both orders being made a month ago and my having nothing to show for my money, I still have no sign of any refunds. Shocking customer service from what you would think would be a reliable company.

Review of NineFit United Kingdom

Probably a scam, the biggest waste of money

I ordered a set of tricams from them. Normally this retails in the UK at about £110 for a set of 6 tricams. On Ninefit's website it had the item listed at £62 marked down from £92 with a clear image of the full set in the listing. When it arrived they had only sold me one of the tricams!! For £62!? It even came with a price tag on saying $27! Completely ridiculous, of course at that price I assumed it was the full set. They won't pay for the return so I now have to pay the return postage, to the USA by the way! On top of the existing postage I already paid (£8). I have no idea where they get off charging almost 3x the amount of money that a UK retailer does and expecting people to buy it. Ridiculous.

Update: after reading other reviews and realising they probably will never give me a refund, I opened a dispute with my bank. Then they leave voicemails and send emails trying to guilt/manipulate me into closing the dispute, saying "they would have given me a refund before but now its too late unless I close the dispute"... definitely scammers.

Review of Luna Socks

I have used this company before with success but was really disappointed this time. The socks came out useless, you can barely see the dog at all. I reached out to customer support and after initially not replying, when I chased them they got back effectively saying it's my fault for using a bad photo. When I tested the photo on their website it looked great. They offered me a replacement pair of socks which I would have to pay postage for as a "gesture of goodwill" which is ridiculous, especially coming over a week after the fact. At this point I've already had to buy a new xmas present for the person in question as these clearly cannot be given as a gift. Terrible quality control and shameful customer support, do not recommend at all.

Exploitative Pricing

Locked myself out, had no phone, no money, no warm layers. Waited outside my spare-key holders flat for him to come home for 2 hours before realising I'd get hypothermia if I didnt get in soon so had no choice but to ask the newsagent downstairs to call me a locksmith and he went for these guys because they were the first to come up on search. Charged me £90 to open the lock which took under 2 mins. I've been charged £60 for the same a few weeks ago with someone more reputable and even that felt like a rip-off. Not really surprised to discover they aren't on trustpilot, probably a complete scam. The guy was also pretty rude and unfriendly. People in these situations are very vulnerable and its awful to rip them off.
