Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived with you in Switzerland.
All our orders are sent from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further details in case your order has arrived and is awaiting collection or fees paid.
However if you've not received this by 29th April, please let our Customer Care Team know and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
