Good price for nice materials but very slow delivery. Despite selecting and paying for home delivery, goods were delivered at a pick up point. Customer service take zero responsibility and are equally slow in their response (5 working days) i had expected better from a German webshop. Only order if you are flexible with delivery and feel like picking up yourself

My local shop had a limited supply so I was very happy to find this wonderful wool at Filati.

Great! I especially loved that I didn't have to pay any shipping although I just ordered a ball of yarn. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be a bit faster dispatch. Other than that, the yarn was packaged in a paper bag and then a paper envelope. No unnecessary garbage and no plastic. I received it via DHL, which for me is a plus.

Super quick and like except delivery. Very happy with FILATI.

Placed order on October 20. After 12 days still in "Bearbeitung" No confirmation, no tracking. Left voicemail twice and emailed twice. No response.
Also, signed up for email and created account for 10 EUR discount. The 10 EUR was not given.
Seems like to total scam to me. Filed dispute with PayPal.

Update: after intervention by paypal, they contacted us; an email was sent on 29/10 (so 9 days after order placed) that some wool was not in stock.
We selected different wool and placed the order. They could not find us on the mailing list for the 10 EUR discount, which was wrird, because we got the code to use.

In the end, the order will be sent. We'll see.
Frystrating that calling them alwaus resulted in a voicemail and multiple emails were not responded on. And after 9 days contacting us that ordered items from the portal were not in stock is also very disappointing and unproffesional.

A good range of yarns and colours, and good prices. The yarn arrived within the delivery time stated. Well packed, with reasonable postage costs. This is the second time I have ordered yarn, and have been delighted with my purchases. I will definitely be shopping with Filati again.
