I have been Limango customer for over four years and it was good till recently that I have experienced problems about two different orders which shipper has been Hermes. I received one package which was opened in one side that looked like someone has opened it But after controlling the quantity then I accepted it directly from Hermes shipper. I ignored it as sometimes the stuff happening. But again in next few days while I received emails from Hermes which changed the delivery time three times then I called them and I have been told that the package is damaged therefore it has been returned to the sender!! It's not normal at all even if it's damaged then it should be repacked or report to the customer too instead of sending false emails. Moreover,I have sent email about the issue to Limango and complained to Hermes too. Placing an order isn't truthworrhy till Limango clear the issue with their shipping company ciz Limango has contract with Hermes and considered as their customer and Not me But as a customer to both direct and indirect,I have done my job. It's very frustrating that you couldn't not trust to place the orders. Hopefully, Limango be responsible enough to follow it.

I wish that could get credit for online job

Fake website and company which are not responsible for what's going on, in their official website and email. They took Euro 30.90 from my account after they provide a fake discount after I ordered and paid!!??!!

The link that Depot Village has sent to you Trust pilot, is not working. Because only inside the link after opening, wrote that for cancelling, contact to our customer service!!??? Then where is customer service?? No where!!

The whole responsibility goes to Depot Village which have obviously connection with fake link about discount. Surely is profitable to them too by stealing money from customers after placed order and paid.

Again 100% you, Depor Village are responsible for taking Euro 30.90 from my account and should return it

There is No customer service for that fake link in which in the name of discount with name of Depor Village stealing money
Return money and don't play any more by sharing another fake link.

Shame Shame on you as seller which do something like that and making problem for the customers and stealing their money and time
