Hello ,I bought a Jaguar E-Pace 0017KYX near 2 months ago and now the engine has a problem and the car were near to burn! I contacted them they don't have any workshop in South of Spain and I was in workshop and they sent me we don't cover pipes of Engine and Turbo system!!?? What is engine? it's some pipes and some metals and when you guarantee engine all are include!! The Autohero Germany is more professional but Autohero Spain has no experience and they don't cover guarantee and don't loose your money and you can buy from the other companies better and more professional than Autohero!!

I ordered Sofa with order no.66361 and after it came and I opened the sofa had a problem and I sent them message (because they don't have tel customer service!!) and email and introduced problem and asked them because of their guarantee return the sofa or replace but they sent me email that they don't accept return!!I want to know who care of clients and we have legal and policy in Spain!!? Also I was in Police for report and I have to claim this company!
Don't buy from this company and it's spam!

My order number was 390460944 and I canceled but after 2 weeks they didn't refund!! Also my the other order 550305071 didn't receive after 2 weeks!!! They don't have any stock and play with your money and no guarantee!I don't understand why the court didn't close this web site!They don't answer phone and answer email after 3 days and copy paste the answers and nothing new! I have to speak with the lawyers and also digital marketing in Spain to close this web site that again nobody loose the money!! Please be careful!!!

Mi número de pedido era 390460944 y lo cancelé, pero después de dos semanas no me reembolsaron. ¡Y mi otro pedido, el 550305071, no lo recibí después de dos semanas! ¡No tienen stock, juegan con tu dinero y no ofrecen garantía! ¡No entiendo por qué el juzgado no cerró esta página web! No contestan al teléfono ni al correo electrónico después de tres días, copian y pegan las respuestas, ¡y nada nuevo! Tengo que hablar con abogados y también con marketing digital en España para que cierren esta página web. ¡De nuevo, nadie pierde dinero! ¡Tengan cuidado!

It's very intersting that after 10 days they checked and I paid for the other car and after that they understood that the car is not good??!!!ALSO WHEN I got the car the door of the driver had an accident and the persons who worked in Ocasionplus also with photos ,accepted that was a problem of workshop but the workshop didn't accept!!!!and I paid to fix the door! these are very bad service!!!

It's a very bad company in Spain and don't believe them! The cars inside of web site is different the car you buy and you have to pay for buy a car the change name price and in all the other sellers and showrooms in Spain are FREE! I sold my car and after 10 days they backed my car with accident of driver door and they painted and when I told them that they had a problem and showed them that my car has no problem when I gave them the car ,they didn't accept and they told me you can call Police and also you can go to court! I don't understand who care of this company and they are thief and not honest and very be carefull because when you have a problem nobody take care and without service!!

¡Es muy mala compañía en España y no les crean! Los coches dentro del sitio web son diferentes del coche que compras y tienes que pagar por comprar un coche el precio del cambio de nombre y en todos los demás vendedores y salas de exposición en España ¡es GRATIS! Vendí mi auto y después de 10 días lo respaldaron con un accidente en la puerta del conductor y lo pintaron y cuando les dije que tenían un problema y les mostré que mi auto no tenía ningún problema cuando se los di, no lo hicieron. Acepté y me dijeron que puedes llamar a la policía y también puedes ir a la corte. ¡No entiendo a quién le importa esta empresa y son ladrones y no honestos y tienen mucho cuidado porque cuando tienes un problema nadie se ocupa y sin servicio!

Hello, The price was very good but for customer service nobody answer you and it's automatically system send you message and nobody take care!
The order came on time but till one day before I didn't have any tracking!

The company is not a trusted company!the price is different when you meet them!!They gave me a very special price but when I was in Turkey they added many prices and they told me the prices in web site is not real and our price in office is different!!!
for this reason I had to cancel my reservation and back to airport and I rented a car from the other company very cheaper than. Don't believe this company!!
