The company did not want to bother with looking into a case of counterfeit (a fake pair of earrings being claimed coming from Zeina's store) even after I got an official reply from the store. This passivity encourages unethical sellers to offer fake goods so I'll stay away from buying anything valuable/gold etc. in the future on the platform.

Vivo X200 Pro Mini was a great phone overall, specially the camera, till it fell down (on laminated floor while being in a case) and went black. Turned out, it was common for Vivo displays (hardware problem) and needed to be replaced. The cost was 320 euros at a local shop in Vienna, so I tried sorting it out directly with the Chinese office where I bought the phone from. There was no reply for 3 days and none of their listed phone numbers are reachable. Not impressed.

I am adding a 0 star review to many other ones. This company claims 30 days returns but when they receive the product (that was malfunctioning) they tell you that they will return the $$ but they actually don't. Then they stop any communications with you. Got bless for PayPal chargeback but honestly people, it's 2024. Cleverbuy pays Trustami for displaying some fake positive ratings.
Put yourself together and don't make people waste their time for fighting for refunds.
