Utter shambles
I placed an order with La Redoute for two rugs on 14 January. They were left by Evri in an unsafe place on 5 February and went missing. After a number of emails back and forth, I'm now being required to fill out two separate claim forms - one for each item - as La Redoute require a handwritten signature to confirm the item/s are missing before they will look at processing a refund. I don’t have a printer so these forms are now in the post. I’ve never had to go through this nonsense with any other seller when an order goes missing. My advice to anyone thinking of buying something from this company - don’t, just don’t. And also read all the other Trust Pilot reviews advising the same!
