Delivery experience not great.
A great concept to have Feel Better Boxes to send to friends or family who are unwell.
I was rather disappointed by the fact that the box I ordered was delivered to the local Post Office and not to the house of the recipient. If someone is unwell, and live alone, it's not helpful for them to have to go and collect the gift they've been sent.
I also didn't find the website very helpful when I ordered as I couldn't find information on expected delivery date and when I contacted the Company about this I seemed to receive an AI generated reply from "Susie"? It was somewhat brisk and not supportive in the reply. I was quite stressed about whether my gift would arrive in reasonable time for the recipient so don't think I will use this Company again - unfortunately.

Hi Louise, We're sorry your experience using our website wasn't what you expected. I'm also, personally saddened, that you thought I was AI, when I'm a living, breathing person in Sydney who was up late and checked on your order at 11pm, within an hour of having received your email. At that point I let you know the expected delivery date and referred you the shipping confirmation email where you could keep an eye on delivery if you needed. It looks like in your case, the parcel went straight to the Post Office box. This sometimes happens in regional areas and we have no control over it. The recipients in these areas, however, would be accustomed to picking up their parcels. We can see that the parcel was delivered the next business day and picked up that same day which is good. We hope the recipient is enjoying his gift.
