“Extremely Disappointing Claims Experience”

My experience with Privilege has been extremely disappointing. I made a home insurance legal-protection claim concerning an RX3/property-title issue and submitted the claim in writing on 13 July 2026. I received no acknowledgment or substantive assessment and had to repeatedly chase Privilege. Privilege subsequently acknowledged that there had been a significant delay.

The claim was then declined, and I formally disputed that decision in writing. I have also had continuing difficulties with the handling and recording of my correspondence, including having to repeatedly correct Privilege's understanding of my complaint and its chronology.

Accessibility has also been a concern. I have explained that telephone communication is not accessible to me and require written communication, yet I have continued to encounter difficulties obtaining a clear and direct written means of communicating with the person handling my complaint.

I have found the overall process unnecessarily difficult, time-consuming and distressing. I would expect an insurer to communicate clearly, handle correspondence accurately, provide timely updates, and give a clear and properly reasoned explanation when declining a claim.

Patient Access – ongoing login

Patient Access – ongoing login failure despite NHS Login being offered as a secure sign-in method

I am continuing to experience a persistent and unresolved technical failure with Patient Access, and I am still unable to reliably access my account, medical records or prescriptions.

On Sunday, 1 Aug 2026 at approximately, I was attempting to log in to my own Patient Access account when Patient Access displayed the message:

“We’ve detected activity on your Patient Access account.”

This occurred while I was trying to access my own account. I was then unable to get into the account and was caught in a repeated technical loop.

This is a continuose problem now. You attempt to log in to your own account, you are blocked from accessing it, and the system continues to produce error messages rather than allowing you to proceed.

Initially, I repeatedly received a message saying I had been “logged out”. I am now receiving:

“Sorry, we weren't able to sign you in at this time.”

I contacted Patient Access Support and explained the problem, including that I am partially sighted and require reliable access to my medical records. On 30 June, I was advised that my account should be deleted so that I could re-register and set a new password.

The problem is still happening now.

A very happy Customer

From start to finish of purchasing an LG American touch door fridge freezer, from this family run business, communication between both customer service and use of, website was helpful and easy to use, delivery was arranged for date of moving into our new house, no problem with delivery service and siting of our new LG. Would definitely recommend and use this family run business again.

Poly box for a limited purpose of storage or potting plants the quality of this…

Not impressed with the quality of this purchase, apart from the look of it, I'm a fishmonger and we transport fish packed in boxes that are the same poly design (hollow) and disposable, just as the floor/roof of this shed, keter have replaced a hard floor for a disposable replacement that is not fit for purpose, after putting a 5 tier shelf unit inside, with the help of the Mr's, shelf feet and mrs 👠 went straight through the floor, security is dismal as hinges & clasp are held into plastic outside walls, with small self tapping screws, that can easily be pulled rather than bolts, I can understand the design and for what it could be used for, but would not class as a shed for any expensive tool or bikes as it is to flimsy and not secure at all.

Hi there, Leslie

We are very sorry to hear you weren't impressed with the quality of the flooring for the shed you purchased. All of our parts and products go through stringent testing procedures and this isn't an issue we've been made aware of previously.

If you could please contact our escalation team on ceuk@keter.com, we will ensure this is fed back to the manufacturing department and also ensure we have done everything we can to resolve this for you.

Inept and corrupt company

definitely if I could rate at zero, as this is an Inept and corrupt company, by taking your hard earned money, and not providing the service that you have paid for. Customer Service is faceless and obsolete,
I have waited and waited to get a response from evri into a complaint over delivery, 3 times details where inputted online into their web chat system, reply that they would respond within 24 hrs, what an absolute cop out, as usual no response or reply, eventually i find a number 0330-8085456, again this is automated and designed so you cannot get hold of an actual person, as it cuts you off. government body needs to get involved to look into this company that is totally blindsiding its customers not providing a contact telephone number on its website in order to investigate or resolve a dispute, that is attributable to their failure.

Review of Parcelforce Worldwide

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

"For the sake of clarity" I am annoyed and frustrated

I am very annoyed and frustrated by the actions recently with parcel force. 3 failed collections by them, that should of been a straight forward job to the simplest of collections from home address.

I arranged a home parcel collection with parcel force online 01/06/23 and chose the option for the driver to bring a label ref UX7656895,
parcel was collected but returned to me the next day 02/06/23. Driver told me that he didnt know why or for what reason my parcel was being returned.
I also noted it returned without any address label to which was supposed to have been brought by the collection driver the previous day.
I phoned parcel force up Friday to enquire what was the problem and why was my parcel returned. the call centre could not give me an answer or explanation. Another arrangement was made to collect the parcel, but this was only viable to collect on 05/06/23.
I took time off work in order for this parcel to be collected as it needed to be within an auction timescale, I waited all day and no one called to collect the parcel.
I contacted parcel force yet again 06/06/23 and explained the situation to where the gentleman hung up on me, due to not having a new reference number, even though the existing reference number was still live and not executed.
I immediately rang back and was speaking to a lady that did apologize and arrange for collection yet again the next day, "hopefully." This situation has put me in a dilemma whether to use parcel force in the future as it has not only cost me the loss of a day's pay, but the frustration and communication that has taken place. parcel force accept the 3 collections failure attempts, but do not compensate for your financial loss, time and stress due to their failures, because if they did, then they would be more responsible towards their customers.
