Just tried to place an order from your website that says you're open at 8:00 but when you go to add food to the cart and check out it says the store doesn't open till 8:00 so I go to punch in and order and punch it in for 8:30 thinking they would still process it you can't even get the order process till 8:30 when the time says what's truly sucks so I just wasted my morning trying to get some breakfast and it sucks that none of this was done because your website was screwed up and the other sad part about it is that nobody could process the order which makes no sense at all and there was a good offer involved if you can only get when you redeem it through the app or on the website it just sucks it's too early in the morning for this shit Hardee's fix your website fix something

Capital One customer service is horrible in the future I will not deal with Capital One period I am in the process of transferring my small amount of money to another account it's just not worth it I'd rather deal with somebody I can see face to face somebody that might show me a little respect a little bit of customer service and not just treat me like I'm a stranger cuz they know they won't see me ever in life like yeah the interest on a savings account might be good but it's not worth dealing with the customer service definitely not worth it I had a customer service agent restricted my account while I was on the phone with her because she got her feelings yes I was mad but you're supposed to be a professional and recognize it and not getting your feelings and not show me that you can restrict my account and I can do nothing about it. Supposedly they had an investigation about it and they felt like the the customer service agent was not wrong so me myself in the future I will not deal with Capital One no more

Don't do nothing with Spectrum mobile for the free line of service it's not worth it I had to restart my phone 5 miles from my house every other day do not mess with Spectrum mobile leave it alone it's a waste of your time most horrible service. Went to a job interview I was kind of early had to sit for 20 minutes and listen to a employee woman on the phone talking to anothet employee about doing their hair the whole entire time the guy never gave me a chance we didn't even sit down and talk all he said to me was is this your availability and can you work a different shift and that was it we had no serious talks no chance of the interview I have never had a chance at an interview with the lows they seem to find something to use to say no we're going to go with another candidate the hiring process for a black man that has been there more than once is Criminal these people do not give you a chance they judge you soon as they see you

559 South Forbes Road, Lexington, KY location has had this position (Merchandiser Associate - Part Time) open at least 3 or 4 times this year alone i live two miles from this location and cannot get an interview...i have followed this position for two years and not one time i have gotten a call back.....if you dont know somebody already working there chances are you wont get the job....i know people that work there and only have the job because of a good friend or hiring supervisor knows the family of the applicant.....i know im not entitled to nothing i am BLACK MAN but this is ridiculous....i know exactly what the job details are and have no problem doing the work but i cant one interview..... i have to make up accounts so i can reapply to the job because Pepsi (after being turned down for the job) keeps your account open .....
