Books arrived in seriously damaged condition
Update: Momox provided me with an answer and a suggested way to handle the situation
Unfortunately, several of the books bought in “mint condition” arrived in seriously damaged condition. At least half of the books have bent and creased pages, and all corners are badly damaged. Many pages are warped and wrinkled, as if they had been exposed to water. There was insufficient protective packaging.
The customer service is not replying to my emails.
