I recently purchased a washing machine, and from the moment I placed my order, I was kept well-informed about its progress—from the manufacturer to the delivery team. On the day of delivery, the team arrived on time, installed the machine, and explained how it works. Four days later, I did my first wash and am very pleased with the service.

I was recently in the Slough area visiting some friends, and while driving, we passed a retail park that had an 'SCS' store. I parked up and went in (I was looking for a two-seater leather sofa bed).

The salesman, Antonio, approached me, introducing himself. After explaining what I wanted, he showed me what SCS had in that range. Antonio was very knowledgeable about the products, and what he didn't know he obtained advice on. My choices were narrowed down to two, but I quickly made up my mind on Antonio's sales pitch.

Before I concluded the sale, I visited two other furniture stores in the same retail park, but to cut a long story short, their service, product knowledge, and choices were poor.

I work in a store in London, and I recognize good service. Well done, Antonio.

I saw the ‘Beards & Daisies’ advertisement on the tube whilst traveling to work one morning,

This was after I visited three local gardening centres at the weekend looking for some house plants.

What i saw were far to expensive, some in bad condition due to poor maintenance and neglect, having looked at the ‘Beards & Daisies’ website that evening i found it quite fascinating the amount of choice and at reasonable prices, I ordered a couple (i was still a bit sceptical) what i would get and the condition they would arrive in.

A few days later the plants arrived both in perfect healthy condition, the plants have transformed the rooms and I will definitely use ‘Beards & Daisies’ again, I have passed their details on to friends and colleagues.
